There are skills in the game which aren't used often because you get some kind of penalty for it. There are combo's however which either remove the penalty or get no penalty at all.

desperation blow + dolyak signet = no knockdown
signet of midnight + plague touch = no blind
flurry + barbs/order of the vampire = maintaining damage
enfeebling blood + victory is mine = no health sacrifice
martyr + purge conditions = no conditions
skills that cause exhaustion + glyph of energy = no exhaustion

These are the combo's i could think of at the moment. If anyone knows more please post them.

No, you didn't suggest anything. You listed a few skills with a disadvantage, removed by the second skill. You then asked people for other combos. That does not constitute a suggestion. A suggestion typically proposes a solution to a perceived problem for example; you've simply listed skill combos.

Maybe you should "type more carufull" if you mean to convey anything.

As has been stated, this isn't a suggestion, and it's not really worth moving either---it's just a short list of a few skill combinations, things anyone can figure out by looking at the skill lists.
